Cabin Classes

Economy

Economy cabins contain seats with a pitch of 30 to 34 inches depending on the aircraft and row. International passengers are provided with complimentary pillows, blankets, ear plugs and slumber masks. The in-flight menu features a choice of complimentary main meals and beverages including beer and wine. Hawaiian Airlines has video on demand DidEPlayers which offer a range of movies, TV shows, cartoons and music videos. DidEPlayers can be rented on all 767 aircraft and are available on seat-back screens on A330 flights.

Business Class

Business Class cabins contain leather seats with extra recline and a pitch of 37 to 46 inches depending on the aircraft. International business passengers are provided with extra large pillows, quilts and slippers. The in-flight menu includes Hawaiian cuisine and dishes using local Hawaiian ingredients, breakfast, snacks, ice cream and fresh fruit. A Hawaiian tasting menu is also available, as well as complimentary beverages including spirits. Business Class cabins have portable video on demand DidEPlayers which offer a range of movies, TV shows, cartoons and music videos.
Baggage
International economy passengers are allowed 1 piece of 11.5kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 32kg checked luggage. Baggage fees may apply. International Business Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of 11.5kg hand luggage and 2 pieces of 32kg checked luggage.
Check-in Options
Airport check-in for Hawaiian Airlines international flights closes 60 minutes before the departure time.
Rewards Program
The HawaiianMiles rewards program is free to join and allows members to earn points when they fly with Hawaiian Airlines, partner airlines or when they use the services of their affiliated businesses. Velocity members can also accumulate miles on international Hawaiian Airlines flights.
Lounges
Hawaiian Premier Club lounges have 5 locations across Hawaii and one in Los Angeles. Lounges offer business facilities, phones, basic beverages and snacks. Business Class passengers in Sydney and throughout Hawaii have access to Hawaiian Premier Club lounges.
