FCm are the only Travel Industry professionals who have been awarded the Excellence Through People accreditation consistently since 2002, an award which recognises our commitment to our staff.  FCm have always invested in continuous high quality training and the development of our people's creative resources. This ideology has encouraged us to look for a means of giving due recognition to our training programme while placing it in a formal structure.  We believe in the value of our staff and this award has encouraged and enhanced our focus on our greatest asset - our people and ensures the continuous delivery of an ever-improving high standard of service to our clients.

IRISH TRAVEL INDUSTRY AWARDS  

FCm have set new benchmarks in the Irish travel industry having been lauded at the inaugural Irish Travel Agency Association Awards 2011 for innovation through people and focus on quality.   FCm has been recognised for driving continuous improvements throughout the business, which in turn enhances the quality of the service provided to Clients.  In 2012 FCm received the prestigious award of Best Corporate Travel Agency in Ireland.

Our focus on quality and staff has contributed to recognition as one of the Best SME Workplaces in Ireland 2012 by the Great Place to Work Institute ®  This is the 4th year in a row FCm Ireland have achieved a listing.  In 2011 FCm Ireland progressed to European level where we were ranked amongst the Top 50 Best SME Workplaces in Europe.   At the Great Place to Work® Institute award ceremony in Paris, FCm Ireland Managing Director, Valerie Metcalfe commented "This is an award we are very proud of winning and is testament to the commitment of management and staff to achieving service excellence in a great working environment"
